Julie Ann Cresap is a 2007 MTPT graduate from Pittsburgh School of Pain Management in Pennsylvania. Julie attained her FSM training from Shannon Goossen "Mend Technology" and Dr. Carol McMakin "FSM seminars Core, Advanced, and Symposium".
Julie has a 2 room practice in Chugiak AK, and also practices at True Life Chiropractic as a Trigger Point Therapist in Anchorage, AK.
Throughout her career, Julie has been involved in community events (festivals, fundraisers, and health shows. She educates people using a hands-on demonstration of TPT, and explains pain referrals and perpetuating factors to the public. In Alaska, there is a large number of people who do not know of the existence of trigger point therapy or Frequency Specific Microcurrent.
Julie teaches and explains patient self-care and root-cause analysis. She often teaches her clients stretches, proper breathing and other techniques they can do to improve their quality of life. They are also encouraged to eat and drink in ways that will improve the healing of their bodies. Julie is glad for the opportunity to serve on the board as Secretary for NAMTPT (National Association of Trigger Point Therapist) since 2016.
